All domains listed on Urlbar.com are owned by us unless otherwise stated. Availability is subject to change without notice.

Domain Listings

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all listings on Urlbar.com are for the domain name registration rights only.

Any website content, page design, source code, branding, graphics, databases, email lists, traffic, revenue, or other digital assets that may currently appear on or be associated with a domain are not included in the sale unless specifically negotiated and agreed to in writing as part of a separate transaction.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time prior to a completed transaction.

Taxes

Applicable Canadian GST/HST may be charged to buyers located in Canada where required by law. Sales to buyers located outside Canada are generally treated as export transactions. Buyers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or regulatory obligations in their own jurisdiction.

Payment

For domains priced under $2,500 USD, payment may be accepted via approved direct payment methods. For domains priced over $2,500 USD, transactions are processed through Escrow.com or a licensed broker. Applicable escrow or broker fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Transfers

Domains will be transferred to the buyer’s registrar of choice once payment has been secured. Buyers are responsible for any applicable registrar transfer fees.

No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding search engine rankings, traffic, revenue, or business performance resulting from the purchase of any domain.

Limitation of Liability

Urlbar.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of domains listed on this site.
